The Town of Manteo invites residents and visitors to celebrate the arrival of 2026 at the Manteo New Year’s Eve Celebration on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, from 6:00 PM to midnight along the scenic Manteo waterfront. This festive, family-friendly event promises live music, kids’ activities, delicious food, a spectacular fireworks show, and more.
 

Entertainment Highlights:
DJ Anthony will kick off the evening from 6:00–8:00 PM on the Christmas Tree Lot Stage.
Better By Tuesday, a 10-piece powerhouse band blending R&B, Motown, and modern hits, will perform from 9:00 PM–midnight on the same stage.
Family Fun & Kids’ Activities:
GLOW VIBE Glow-in-the-Dark Mini Golf & Games will be available 6:00–9:00 PM at George Washington Creef Park, free for all attendees.
Fireworks & Midnight Celebration:
A fireworks show over the Manteo waterfront will light up the sky at 8:00 PM.
At midnight, the countdown to 2026 will culminate with the illumination of the Queen Elizabeth II ship, creating a memorable moment for all.
Food & Drinks:
Guests can enjoy food from local food trucks and beverages from participating Social District businesses throughout the evening.
Parking & Shuttle Information:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable event, temporary road closures and traffic adjustments will be in effect during event hours. Free parking is available at:

--Manteo Elementary School (701 US-64)
Golf cart shuttles will run continuously to provide convenient transportation to and from the event area.
