Valentine’s Wine Pairing Dinner at The White Doe Inn

Join us for a romantic evening featuring curated wine pairings and a multi-course dinner designed for Valentine’s Day.

$125 per person
Includes sparkling rosé toast + wine pairings throughout dinner
Only 18 seats available — reservations required!

Menu Highlights:
• Welcome Bite: Outer Banks shrimp with rosé–shallot mignonette
• Classic she-crab soup with lump crab and a heart garnish
• Baby greens + citrus salad with shaved fennel & citrus vinaigrette (radish hearts!)
• Entrée (choose in advance):
— Filet medallions with red wine reduction, heart-shaped potato gratin & seasonal vegetables
or
— Heart-shaped wild mushroom ravioli with brown butter sage sauce (vegetarian)
• Dessert: Raspberry semifreddo in a dark chocolate heart with raspberry coulis
