High Tide Christmas

A High Tide Christmas is a full day of festive fun, hosted by the Manteo Business Association. Enjoy holiday activities, live entertainment, shopping specials, and cheerful moments for all ages throughout town.

Start the morning with Santa Paws at Poodles & Bob from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM—dress your pets in their holiday best for a visit with Santa. At the same time, families can participate in Sensory Santa from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Roanoke Island Inn, complete with complimentary hot cocoa, presented by Atlantic Autism Services. The Outer Banks Youth Choir will also perform at 11:30 AM.

In the afternoon, visit Manteo Santa, a true Roanoke Island favorite, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Then, head to Magnolia Pavilion for Mistletoe Line Dancing with Let’s Dance OBX from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

As evening arrives, gather along the waterfront for the Outer Banks Holiday Flotilla at 6:00 PM and enjoy a dazzling parade of lighted boats. Cap off the night at Old Tom’s Tavern with Let’s Rock the Holidays, featuring live music by Jeremy Russell from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

All day long, explore downtown with the Gnome for the Holidays Scavenger Hunt, enjoy 20% off at Dare Arts, savor a wine tasting at Vineyards on the Scuppernong, and take part in Our Charmed Life’s holiday shopping crawl.

Join us in Manteo for a day of coastal Christmas magic and community cheer.
