Beacham/Creef Benefit & Fundraiser

Join the Lost Colony Tavern on Saturday, July 19th for a special Benefit & Fundraiser to support members of our Roanoke Island community who were impacted by the devastating house fire on the north end last Friday. The event will raise funds for Alan’s ongoing medical treatment and collect essential items for Buddy and Kate, who lost everything in the fire. From 5:00–7:00 PM, enjoy Jimmy Buffett-themed Music Bingo hosted by Greg Smrdel, followed by live music from Ramblin’ Dan from 7:00–9:00 PM.

In addition to monetary donations, guests are encouraged to bring physical items to help Buddy and Kate. Needed items include:

  • Clothing (Kate: size large tops, 12–14 pants/shorts, size 10 shoes; Buddy: size XXL tops, 40 waist pants/shorts, size 12 shoes)
  • Toiletries
  • Dog toys and supplies for their three dogs
  • Gift cards to Lowe’s, local grocery stores, CVS, and other essentials

Let’s come together to lift up our neighbors in this time of need with music, generosity, and community spirit.
